Each project starts with a meeting, ideally on site, or, if this isn’t possible then a zoom or phone call to discuss the project in full, key requirements and desired end result. This allows us to then submit a detailed fee proposal, outlining our services and associated design fee.

After accepting our proposal, we'll schedule a meeting to finalise the Design Brief, including details about the client's style, lifestyle, aspirations, timeline, and budget. We'll conduct a site survey, take photos, and gather all necessary information to ensure we fully understand and meet the client's needs.

Based on the detailed brief, we develop design concepts for each room, including floor plans, furniture layouts, lighting schemes, colour palettes, and material samples. This collaborative stage is crucial, and we maintain open communication with clients to ensure our design aligns with their vision.

After approving the design concepts, we proceed to finalise fabric and finish samples and prepare detailed drawings for custom joinery and furniture. We also provide a comprehensive itemised estimate for selected furniture, lighting, accessories, and any necessary trades work. Once these details are approved, we will outline and agree on a schedule of works.

We collaborate with trusted and professional trades who deliver high-quality work on time. Our close partnership with Dovetail Renovations allows us to provide a seamless design and renovation service from start to finish, including regular site visits to ensure timely progress. We manage furniture delivery and installation while keeping clients updated throughout the process.

If clients opt to use their own contractors, we will provide detailed paint and finish schedules to support their efforts.
